The right to withdraw from the agreement

In our store, you don’t have to worry about whether the size you chose will fit or if the item will meet your expectations. Thanks to our store’s integration with affordable returns, you can shop without stress or fear that returning purchased goods will be a hassle.

According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. If the goods don’t meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of the withdrawal date. All returns in our store are processed through a simple return wizard that allows you to send the return package.

You don’t need to worry about the size or whether the product will meet your expectations. Thanks to our integration with affordable returns, you shop stress-free and worry-free.

1. Print the form: Generate the return documents and labels, then print them.
2. Send the package: Place the packed item with the return document in a box and seal it securely.
3. Refund: You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Details of the return process:

1. Log into your account and in the returns panel, select the item you want to return.
2. In the next steps, choose to return using the “Use store’s shipping” option and select the refund method.
3. Generate the return documents and labels, print them, and sign the return document.
4. Place the packed item along with the return document in the shipping box and seal it well. You can reuse the box in which you received the order. Take it to any InPost parcel locker, where you can drop it off 24/7. Remember that the parcel dimensions must not exceed 41 x 38 x 64 cm and weigh no more than 25 kg.

The refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, will be processed within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Usually, it happens sooner. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until you provide proof of shipment.

The above procedure is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, nor does it limit that right in any way.
